Dear Dr.Lin,

I have been masturabulating since past 10 Years. 4 years back, after over mastrubulation i had some sort of pimples on my penis head which lasted for 2 weeks and then disappereared.For ,Which doctors opinion was that it may have been a bacterial or fungal infection.
But then there after my sexual libido has been declining rapidly. I have been having frequent urination problem for which i have been visiting my doctor. But doctor could not find any disease or infection from penis to kidney to bladder.
But now even watery discharge is coming out of my penis. Slightest sexual exitation or fantcy thinking causes the watery liquid to flow out penis which makes me uncomfortable or I feel urgency for urination.
