Case Title: Chronic pot smoking resulted in erectile dysfunction,

Dear Dr Lin, or whoever receives this,
I have a fairly serious sexual dysfunction, never having been able to
achieve an erection sufficient for intercourse. I also panic in a sexual
situation and my genitals tend to shrink. I have recently been remembering
instances of mild abuse that occurred when I was a nine/ten year old child
at boarding school, although memories like that are so hazy that one can never
be entirely sure of anything as I felt no harm at the time and recall only
a vague sense of fear and strangeness while being molested. However, I feel
my problem is physical. I read with some horror your doom-laden article on
marijuana and over masturbation. I am a heavy pot smoker, and I used to
masturbate roughly twice/three times weekly, now once in two/three weeks, not
exactly much, but ejaculation is sometimes very premature and often from
a flaccid penis. I do not want to consider my love life to be 'about over',
as you have put it, all I know is I have left a few women scratching their
heads. I would be most grateful if you would kindly reply to this with your
thoughts.
