I took 20g creatine for body building daily for about 8 months and developed a severely sensitive bladder and kidneys. I also feel thirsty all the time and have a decreased sex drive. I have since stopped taking creating for approximately 8 months now and still have the same problems. I have had urine tests recommended by the doctor and an ultrasound done of my bladder all of which showed no abnormalities accept slight inflammation.
