Causes of penile curvature, Peyronie's disease, semen production disorder and sexual orgasm dysfunction

I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING THE INTERNET WITH NO AVAIL. I HAVE A QUESTION. WHAT IS WRONG WITH A GUYS PENIS THAT WHEN ERECT POINTS DOWN AND TO THE SIDE. INTERCOURSE WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM AND HE DIDN'T GET OFF. IT WAS ALMOST LIKE HE WAS IN PAIN?

If he didn't get off, it is due to semen production disorders, deficiency of oxytocin (or excessive prolactin) or deficiency of androgen hormones.
