Case Title: Over-masturbation since age 4 resulted in a meaty,
collagen-fibrosis clitoris for no more sexual orgasm
Reader: 6/03/2005> I discovered masturbation at a very early age of about.. four? I don't remember how I started doing it, but I did it every night since then for years. It's been more than ten years now, and I'm concerned about my clitoris. It's much larger than the ones I've seen in pictures, and movies. Also, it protrudes out of the labia (the "lips" right?). Additionally, the right "meaty" side of my clit is more full than the left side. I've been sexually active for almost two years now, and when I do have sexual intercourse, I don't think I really have an orgasm. I think I might have had a couple throughout this time, but is this all a result from my masturbation from an early age? Did masturbating that often since childhood affect the shape of my clitoris and orgasms?
Dr. Lin: 6/04/2005>Yes! You had over-stimulated the right side. This is the same situation as a crooked penis as a result of over-masturbation.
Generally, your meaty, but non-erectile, clitoris is due to a formation of collagen scar or fibrosis with excessive prostaglandin E-2 synthesis due to chronic over-masturbation.
Before the collagen scar or fibrosis was spread, the clitoris could be erected by the
inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E-2.
Some women can easily achieve clitoral orgasm with an inflammatory clitoris; but once excessive collagen scar or fibrosis is spread over the damaged clitoral nerves and tissue, the clitoral sensitivity is gone, even if your clitoris is very meaty,
A liver (erectile) clitoris is very sensitive and responsive to stimulation, but a non-erectile clitoris is not.
Accordingly, women having chronic over-masturbation usually experience orgasmic dysfunction. Pre-puberty over-masturbation is extremely destructive.
