Excessive precum for no sexual orgasm

IDear Dr Lin,
I have a strange problem that only seems to be described accurately in some of the writings on your site. I am an otherwise healthy 36 year old man, and I have an intolerable amount of pre ejaculatory fluid that comes out shortly after erection. It leaks to the point where it gets all over my pants, and causes my condoms to slip off. This has been going on for over 5 yrs, and over the past year I have noticed that my prostate gets extremely swollen immediately upon erection. If I engage in a long duration (multiple hour) sexual encounter, or masturbation – my prostate region continues to be somewhat swollen feel numb like (almost painful) and uncomfortable for days -- making even sitting down uncomfortable.

I visited a Urologist in Los Angeles last week, and he did an extensive probing test, and then ordered an MRI for the following day that lasted about 45 minutes. They found absolutely nothing, and said I do not need any type of surgery. He was confused that my precum is more abundant during the times when I am more sexually active. Basically he was confused by my entire situation. He called today, and stated that he thinks it has to do with my Cowpers gland, and wants to try me on 50mg of Zooloft / day for a month to see if that will help me. He stated that if it works, I may have to choose to remain on the drug indefinitely! I do not like taking drugs, and do not like the sound of this at all.

My question to you is, first, do you think that his Zooloft suggestion is going to help? And second, after a lot of reading on your site -- it seems that your moodmax and ViaPal-hGH-D products might help me. Would you please give me your opinion on this. I am at the end of my rope!
