I am a previous very heavy pot smoker from 17 to around 23 years old. I would also classify myself as a moderate to sometimes heavy masturbator. Now, I have always suffered low selfesteem, somewhat anxious/paranoid thinking, low motivation, poor health from at least early teens. The marijuana made it worse, and then once when i was around 22, something happened, and now i feel empty. Its like you feel like your out of tune with reality.
