Over-masturbation exhausted his testicular function and semen production and caused premature hair loss for no sexual orgasm

Hi Dr. Lin,

How much does over-masturbation negatively affect testosterone levels? I think I have a deficiency. I've developed slightly tender breasts with tissue mass behind each nipple, and my strength has diminished to the point where I can no longer finish my workouts at the gym. I suffer from very weak erections that don't last long at all, and nowadays when i try to "pump up" my erection by contracting my PC muscle, the contraction is not effective and I feel a real weakness in my testicles. I plan on getting my testerone levels checked. What is a healthy testosterone level for a 32-year-old male? Also, besides testosterone, what levels should I look out for?

Aside from impotence I also suffer from retarded ejaculation (not ONCE have I EVER been able to orgasm from intercourse, just a hard masturbation session works!). Also, I've been losing hair since my 18, and even though I still have most of my hair, I'd like to stop the hair loss before it's noticeable. I think the hairloss is accelerating nowadays. My father is 62 and has most of his hair, and the men on my mother's side of the family didn't lose hair until much later in life, around their 60s and 70s...and even then, they haven't lost it all. That tells me I am not pre-disposed to lose my hair so early in life, so I'm guessing my over-masturbation habit since my 13 is responsible. I still masturbate 2-3 times a day, even more on some days.
