6 weeks ago I added Fibra tea to my regimen. It has eliminated precum discharge during bowel movements. I still leak when sexually aroused, however, but it has been reduced 80%. I begun to realize that there is a strong relationship between precum and erection potential, the harder the penis, the less discharge.

I ejaculate once a week to relieve prostate congestion. Only my urethritis, which was getting better, has started to feel worse in the last week. When I last ejaculated it felt very irritated and slightly painful. Since then I almost came twice unintentionally in a situation which could not be avoided.
