Breast implant and hysterectomy are not for sexual orgasm; Now how to restore sexual orgasm

Hello;
I am a very young looking 48 year old woman. often told I look to be in my 30's! Also, because I also think young, I want to have as vibrant and fullfillling sexual life that I can.
I often have difficulty having orgasims. Lucky for me I have a younger partner that is very skilled and sensitive to pleasing me and making me feel comforable. I like makeing love often, and I enjoy making love so much, but feel I miss out on many sensations I should be feeling, and am therefore not as expressive as I would like to be.
