I have ringing in my ears, testicles have shrunk, orgasms are not very pleasureable, erection is not sufficiently hard, and often becomes unsustainable after a few minutes of intercourse. Penis sensitivity has progressively gotten less since my complete circumcision 13 years ago, and now, I have almost none at all.
I suffer from some depression and anxiety, but my desire for sex remains as high as ever. I did go through a period of heavy masturbation (3-5 times a day), but only masturbate about twice a day right now.
I'm 39 years old and lead a physically active life. I'm healthy in all respects, but wish I had a more intense orgasm, greater semen volume, and harder erection.
