Chronic abuses of street drugs, vibrator and psychotic drugs for no more sexual orgasm

Hello, I have enjoyed reading your site and seeing that perhaps there is a better alternative to my meds and a solution to a problem that has plagued me for too long! I have a handful of issues to address...
Love: I have only had orgasms from a vibrator used externally (the kind with female ejaculation) since I was sixteen and became sexually active. My clitoris has always seemed to be in hiding. I have been married for two months (and since then have quit smoking cigarettes, marijuana, using my vibrator, and drinking as much). He has been primarily with older women in their sexual prime, so he knows what to do, but I have never had an internal orgasm (but have come so incredibly close with him). He is very discouraged by this as any man would be and I know that this is very important to his sexual confidence and mine as well.
Psychological: I have been bipolar with anxiety for most of my life, having just begun with medication when it was absolutely necessary 2 years ago at the onset of college. I have been struggling with unstable emotions, anger, irritability, frustration, high anxiety, speed-like energy at times, easily distracted, crying spells, irrational to anyone else reactions, and depression all fast-cycling. I have tried a variety of methods from L-m, an anti-convulsant, a mood stabilizer, anti-anxiety pills, ADD medication, and anti-depressants. I have run the gauntlet as my own personal test gerbil, but to no avail, I can be a real terror to be around sometimes. Typical textbook manic depressive. I have tried most all kinds of birth control (incl. shot, patch, pills, etc.) since the age of sixteen and am currently on the ring which I love.
