Case Title: Solution for post-orgasm pains and urinary incontinence -
restoration of sexual orgasm and joy.

I am 25 years old, and for the last 5 years or more, I have been having severe pain my pelvic area after an orgasm. It sets me in tears, and bundle over, and run for the bathroom, to urinate. The pain last for about 1 min. to 5 mins. It is causing problems for me and my husband, since I avoid sex to not have to deal with this pain. I have been to the doctors and explained to them my situation, and the first doctor was keep asking me if I was ever molested,etc.. which I was never and then gave me pamplets on how to to deal with pain. He thought ,I believe, that the pain was all in my head. The next doctor, suggested that I have an ultrasound done. Which I had, and it showed a cyst, and some follicles,and a slight case of endrometrois. She told me to take 800mg of IB Profin prior to sex, to relax the muscles so that I didnot have a painful orgasm. Nothing has worked, and I am at a dead road. I have read a few of your articles on the this site, relating to
simular symptoms. And one was about the lack of Prostagladin E-1, but I am unaware what that is, and if it would help me, and if so is it a prescription that I can take? What do I need to do so that I can elevate for good painful orgasms? Please let me know as soon as possible.
Dr. Lin: 8/24/2005>Prostaglandin E-1 is supposed to be synthesized by the the local tissue to relax and restore the local nerves after orgasmic contraction, or compression or expansion. With a lack of prostaglandin E-1, the local nerves become rigid and inflexible.
Birth control, Vibrator(waterjet)-induced nervous damage, chronic
over-masturbation, medication or street drugs, excessive stress neruohormone epinephrine and prolactin, and a lack of of acetylcholine, serotonin, testosterone and /or oxytocin in the local receptors or neuromuscular endings will cause the
deficiency of prostaglandin E-1.
