Case Study: Why is after-cum released after ejaculating? A sexual orgasm phenomenon!

Problems: Hi Dr. Lin, a question has been wondering in my mind and i didn't found an answer in your page, so i'll ask you to advise me please : often when i ejaculate, i find, that even 10 minutes or so after the ejaculation, i find that few drops of semen come out. But it's really not semen, it's more like few drops of pre-ejaculation fluid, only it's after i ejaculate, it's more clear than white.
I'm wondering why is that, and should it be corrected?

Dr. Lin: 9/22/2005>It is a after-cum, like precum, released from the bulbourethral glands after the ejaculation jet blasted over the outlet of the bulbourethral glands and then
inflamated the outlet holes for leakage. The outlets are termed as the bulbourethral (Cowper's) glands Precum Orifices in

Generally, the ejaculation duct tissue will release prostaglandin E-2 to induce inflammation and to open the orifices while the housekeeping hormone prostaglandin E-1 in the tissue is supposed to suppress the inflammation and seal the orifices.
This happens in both the prostate and the the bulbourethral glands, as applicable to the vaginal canal too -

The after-cum release is supposed to stop in 30-60 minutes, or 1-2 hours for
some people, when the post-ejaculation inflammation is suppressed by
prostaglandin E-1. If Not, you will need extra MoodMax and 5-HTP.
