Since giving birth to my daughter via C-section five years ago I can't have an orgasm unless my clitoris is stimulated maually. I used to have intense orgasms and now am lucky to experience weak to moderate ones. My husband and I are very sexually attracted to one another. We have tried numerous sexual positions. It seems that the position in which I have gotten closest to having an orgasm is on top. The problem is that due to the lack of feeling, it takes forever and my husband usually has an orgasm before I can finish. This is not my husband's fault as he can last literally for over an hour. I just can't finish. What can I do? I also have noticed a decrease in the amount of lubrication my body produces. Is this related?
