Hello Dr Lin,
I have a question about ways to treat Vulvodynia Vestibulitis which I have had for about 4 years and am currently trying to treat with Biofeedback and dilator/pelvic floor exercises.
I have been using the dilators for a year and still have alot of pain and am unable to make love without excrutiating pain. My pain level has dropped by about 30% but it is still very painful.
What treatments would you recommend to try and overcome this illness? I am open to new suggestions.
