My question is about a problem for my uncle who is 78 years old. He met younger woman who is 23 about 4 months ago and wanted to get her pregnant, but has had trouble. Before they started regular sex, he went to his urologist to check to see if it was ok, and he said it was ok, although my uncle had alot of trouble making the semen specimen in the doctor's office for it to be tested for sperm count. Since he wasn't able to make the semen specimen in the doctor's office, the doctor had to induce his prostate which was painful. Since then my uncle and the woman have been having regular sex, but he has had trouble. First he has started having large amounts of pre-cum before he finally ejaculates. It keeps leaking the whole time he thrusts. A few times he wasn't able to ejaculate even after 60 minutes of thrusting, so he went to the urologist and the doctor told him to have the woman massage his prostate to encourage prostate contractions so he can ejaculate. She can't reach his prostate while he is thrusting, so he asked me if I could help him and he took me to his urologist for the doctor to teach me. I went with and the urologist showed me how to do it. The thing is the urologist told me that if he is unable to ejaculate after 60 minutes to press his seminal vesicles and ampula as hard as I can to cause his semen to flood. But he told me not to do that at any other time because pressing his seminal vesicles and ampula would stop him from ejaculating for 24 to 48 hours. Two time my uncle had trouble ejaculating so he asked me to help. One time I was able to press his prostate and cause it to go into contractions and force him to ejaculate, but the other time after 60 minutes of him thrusting he still couldn't ejaculate, so I told him I was going to press his seminal vessicles and ampula to flood his semen. He asked me not to because he wanted to ejaculate in it, but the doctor told me not to let him thrust for longer than 60 minutes because of the pressure it put on his prostate so I pressed his seminal vessicles and ampula and he started to breath funny and stopped thrusting told me he felt a pop inside and pulled out of her and his penis was limp. But he didn't ejaculate. Could you explain why the doctor would want his seminal vessicles and ampula pressed so hard if he can't ejaculate, and can you give any other suggestions to help him ejaculate faster?
