Chronic abuse of Ephedrine HCL and caffeine causes sympathetic nervous Fight or Flight for no sexual orgasm.

In the past I have taken large doses of Ephedrine HCL,
combining it with caffeine and aspirin. I used it
partly as a weight-lifting supplement, taking each
component separately with doses of ephedrine averaging
25-50 mg and sometimes as high as 75 mg at a time.
The main purpose of the cocktail was to keep me awake
for long night-shifts.

Several months later I have noticed a decreased libido,
including difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection.
I was unaware of the potential prostate damage while I was
taking the pills, and stopped when I learned of it.
I have had no other symptoms, no pain, no bleeding or discharge
of any kind.

I am taking a daily multi-vitamin again, as well as L-carnitine
and a Zinc/Calcium/Magnesium supplement. I am also taking a
vasodialator (Nitrox) as a weight-lifting supplement. I've been
taking these supplements just over a week. My body's energy levels
have returned, and my libido is increasing, but I am still having
difficulty getting, or maintaining a full erection.
I was told the Zinc and Magnesium would help lower levels of cortisol
and help me recover my natural testosterone.

Will my current supplementation be enough to reverse the effects?
If not, what else should I be taking? Will I be able to reverse
these effects? If yes, how long will it take?
