Hello Dr Lin, I am seeking your advice. I gather from reading your site that you are an authority sexual performance matters and I am pleased to read your excellent concise jargon free advice.

I am wondering whether I have dislodged or torn the erectile chamber or surrounding tendons on the underside of my penis.
A while ago, using something similar to the Jelq technique described in some of your cases, I heard a loud 'pop' or 'crack' sound from the base of my penis whilst stretching.
I immediately noticed decreased sensation in the tip of my penis. Sex is still good and the erections still hard but the erect penis no longer stands 'to attention' and has taken a much lazier 90 degree angle from my body.

Additionally when I now have an erection the shaft remains hard but I can bend the erect shaft downwards in the middle as the underside chamber is not rigid and if I wiggle my hips from side to side due to less tension and support I can now wag like a dog!

My girlfriend had noted that I feel slightly different inside her but no problems having sex and climaxing for either of us. Sex used to be daily but now maybe 2 or 3 times a week.
