Dear Dr. Lin - I had a vasectomy 6 months ago and have been in paid ever since. I have pain in the upper scrotum and lower abdomen, both on the left side. Since the surgery, I've also had more and more difficulty getting and maintaining an erection. When I do get an erection, it's much weaker than previous, and I ejaculate prematurely. Needless to say, it's been a mess for me. I wish I had known about the possible side effects. What course of action do you recommend? It appears you favor reversal.
