Dr. Lin,
I came up with a very simple method of working with the sacrum that might be of value to the cyber-surfers that come through your site. It's "variation #2" in this link:

I found that, when working with your method of activating the sacrum - its cumbersome for the begginer because of the combination of other material that it's presented with (sexual chi gong, anal breathing) - and true activation (pulsing) of the sacrum sometimes gets missed. I've found that this sacral pulsing is crucial, and that the above technique provides a very simple way to focus in on that for the beginner.
I find that sacral pulsing is especially effective in reducing compulsive sexual activity. It draws the sexual vitality away from the front of the nerve plexus and into the spinal column, where it provides healing of the nervous system from the roots. Simple, profound, effective.
