Ihave readmany of your suggestions and feel that you know what you are talking about. I used to masturbate frequently as a teenager and young adult. I also smoked Marijuana daily. I noticed about ten years ago that my ejaculations because smaller in semen volume and I did not get much force or distance in my orgasms. I also used to stop myself from climaxing by relaxing for a half aminute before continuing so as to prolong sex indefinitely. Now, I do not get sexually aroused easily, and my erections are not usually strong when I do get aroused. If I do get a strong erection, I can not control myself for too long.
I have tried taking big doses of L-arginine (3-4000mgs a day) in the past with some success, but even that now does not seem to be working. Please help with your expert advise and suggestions. Thank you
