I consider myself a healthy male, but when it comes to sex, lately iv been very frustrated. When me and my awesome gf of almost 3 years now have sex, its great. This problem is due to penile and prostate nervous inflammation (excessive prostaglandin E-2 release in the tissue) after ejaculating or orgasm.
This means your hypothalamus and adrenal medulla convert excessive dopamine/norepinephrine into epinephrine and your pituitary gland flood
prolactin during or after orgasm.
In this stage, you just lose erection and get extreme penile and prostate sensitivity.
