Reader: 12/13/2005>The last couple of times me and my boyfriend have had sex, we have to stop because it hurts me so bad. The pain is in my lower abdomen and goes through to my lower back, and seems to stay for the rest of the day. It makes it painful to walk and go to the bathroom. The pain is an inflammatory response in your ovaries or uterus due to excessive inflammatory prostaglandin E-2 synthesis.
After excessive sex exhausted your hypothalamus and adrenal glands, your pituitary has release excessive prolactin, your adrenal medulla produce excessive epinephrine and your varies produces
insufficient androstenedione/testosterone and DHT, the COX-2 genes in the ovaries and uterus upgrade the Prostaglandin E-2 production in an attempt to stimulate the exhausted ovaries function, while the COX-1 gene expression becomes too weak to produce sufficient elasticity/relaxation and housekeeping hormone prostaglandin E-1 for the suppression of the inflammatory response. The pain or cramp of the ovaries and uterine-support ligaments can also happen in the luteal phase (between the ovulation and onset of the period), known as PMS when excessive progesterone and insufficient estrogen and androstenedione suppresses the COX-1 gene expression for deficiency of the elasticity/relaxation and housekeeping hormone prostaglandin E-1 production in the local tissue.
