Case Study: Frequently Pressing the million-dollar point in stopping
ejaculating can cost you million dollars damage for the prostate abrasion for no
sexual orgasm.
Reader: 12/25/2005>
I used to use the million-dollar point in masturbation very frequently for a period of time (I found out about it from "The Tao of Sexology"), and I stopped when the pressure started hurting. When I first found out about it I used it and masturbated a lot (I thought the chi would go directly back into my system and make me stronger), but eventually went back to masturbating about once a week, or less sometimes. I train really hard for competition in kung fu and want to keep my Chi and stay strong. I also practice Qigong.
1) Am I masturbating too infrequently for my age (19)? How much should I masturbate to flush everything out while still keeping strong?
2) How do I know if there is any long term damage to my prostate? What are the warning signs? If there is any damage, will it heal on its own? Now, even though I haven't used the point for awhile, it still hurt when I tried it again. I am very worried about this after reading an article on your site. What should I do to heal? Thank you, and I am anxiously awaiting your response.

I have addressed this problem in this link many years ago -
Pressing the perineum (Hwei-Yin or Million-Dollar point) in an attempt to stop
the ejaculation flow causes seminal-blasting injuries for the prostate-urethral
ejaculation duct.
==> http://action.love/cases/case10587.htm
it causes the seminal blasting of the prostate or and urethra to mechanically
induce prostaglandin E-2 release!
1) Am I masturbating too infrequently for my age (19)?
No, for young men to masturbate Once or twice a week.
How much should I masturbate to flush everything out while still keeping strong?
You should not have any problem with masturbating twice a week (but not in one day)
2) How do I know if there is any long term damage to my prostate?
What are the warning signs?
If you don't have any pains or burning sensation during peeing or ejaculation, you are OK.
The warning signs include:
1. frequent urination.
2. burning sensation or pains in the prostate or perineum.
3. dripping after peeing.
4. leakage during bowel movements.
If there is any damage, will it heal on its own? What should I do to heal?
It should get healed itself if your prostate and urethral tissues can produce enough Prostaglandin E-1 with a good blood circulation (via nitric oxide and sympathetic nervous beta receptors) and a parasympathetic and serotonin nervous support.
