Hi.
I am 19. I had a long term girlfriend for about 4 years from 14-18 who was my first sexual partner. We had good sex usually around once or twice a week. I didnt notice any real problems facing me. I was self conscious of showing my body etc at first but with a girlfriend I overcame these problems with her.
We have been parted about 6 months, and I am over her emotionally.
I am now at university and met a girl I got on with and after a few weeks one night went back to her apartment where we started kissing etc. I was nervous as this was my second girl I had been properly intimate with, and I was a bit self conscious of my penis. I had an erection and asked if she had any condoms. By the time she had brought them over in 20 seconds my penis was limp! I could not get an erection. This was embarressing and we ended up just going to sleep.
Is this problem purely psychological? What can I do to help. I think I am self conscious of the size of my penis. It is 6 inches but fairly slim. Also I am worried about cumming too early. What can I do to help this? I have been masturbating usually once a day, occasionally twice. does this affect things? How often do you have to masturbate before is over-masturbation is suspected?
Please help. I know sex is about confidence, but where can I get this from? How can I stop my fears and self consciousness of my penis?
