I am having some serious sexual problems when it comes to sex with my girlfriend.

I have been masturbating at least once a day (sometimes 3 times) for the past 14 years (since I was about 14), and discovered pornography at a young age too (about 15-16) and have most often used it while masturbating. I have just started exercising every 2 days on an eliptical machine for 20 mins to work up a sweat, I had been mildly active in my younger years until a accident that tore some muscles in my neck when I was 21, and a lower back injury (torn disc) 2.5 years ago, and a backstrain injury 4 months ago. I think I have recovered from that as much as possible, but am still suffering from other body pains occasionally.

My penis is about 6-6.5" long , 5-5.5" round when erect and varies from 1" to 3" when limp. This smallness in the limp state also makes me very shy around others when naked, lowery my confidence, and is a primary reason I backed away from many sexual encounters when I was younger.
