It inhibits prostaglandin E-1, E-2 and E-3 synthesis. You need prostaglandin E-1 and E-3 to make your vaginal tissues become flexible and elastic for penetration without abrasion and pains and to dilate your arteries in the uterus, vaginal and clitoris too for nervous sensitivity and elasticity. Although prostaglandin E-2 is an inflammatory hormone, but you need it to stimulate your ovarian function, sexual arousal and orgasm response, in conjunction with the presence of the housekeeping (anti-inflammatory) hormones prostaglandin E-1 and E-3 that avoid pains. A long-term use of NSAID drugs will cause ovarian functional disorders for deficiency of estrogen and vaginal dryness.
