Hy doc, i wanted to talk to u about smth. First of all i want to say that the techniques u describe here are great. Next, i grew up in a montanous area and i am used to cold baths and showers, my grandfather used to tell me that they do great for the imune system. Every morning after i wake up i take a cold shower followed by a warm massage of the groin area, the perineum and the lower back, i've heard that it increases the testosterone level. Do u think that's good for my health? I really need to know because i've been doing it for some time now. Oh and i end this program with 10 to 20 min of your anal breathing method. That's really great. Most of the times, after 5 min or so, i don't even have to contract my tailbone anymore, i just keep a deep breathing because i feel it vibrating just like the whole spinal cord up to my head. Please tell me if my program is good or not. BTW i'm 25, i'm in good shape, i do sports and i have a ballanced diet (i hope).
