Why and how C-section destroyed her sexual orgasm?

I had a prolonged pushing phase of labor (3 hours) and a c section two years ago. Since that time, I have had a very unusual sexual dysfunction. I experience normal sexual arousal and plateau. I have orgasms easily (as I always have) but I cannot feel them! My body has an orgasm (and I know it is happening) but I don't get pleasure or any experience out of it at all.
