Okay Here's my whole story, ill try and keep it breif. Im 18 i am very fit and have no health disorders, about 6 months ago i foolishly tried Jelqing for a couple of months, i noticed i stopped getting spontanious errections, and my errection strength had decresed. my errection still reached about 2-3 O-clock , but i noticed I had great difficulty maintaining them for longer than a couple of minutes (especially when nervous, or overexcited). I stopped the jelq immediately, and tried PC excercises to strengthen my errection, it worked at first, but i stopped after realising the pc excercises had given me a lot of Pre-Cum flooding ( i believe this is the term ) So i also stopped these excercises. I dont have a problem with premature ejaculation, just Semenal leakage. The pre-cum flooding made it even more difficult to maintain an errection. About a week ago i started to use L-arganine ( 2-3 times a day), and about 3 days ago i also started to take fish oil (1000mg
once a day) I have noticed an increase in spontanious errections, and errection quality, Yet i still have a major Pre-Cum flooding problem, which still causes me too loose my errections very quickly when overexcited.
