sir, i have problem not too much sex apeal from few years Doc. said stress problem. acetylcholine => NO(nitric oxide) => cGMP ( Cyclic guanosine monophosphate ) nervous erectile mechanism.
You don't have much left for sex.
A forced erection, with a lot of oral and hand jobs or/and PC/prostate muscle contraction, usually over-stimulate the urethral-bulbourethral-prostate sympathetic nerves for precum flooding and then premature ejaculation.
