Case Study: Penile stretching device damaged his glans penis for no sexual orgasm!

I bought and used one of the common/popular penile stretching devices, for about 2-3 months. I stopped using it when I noticed that I was experiencing restriction of blood flow in the head of my penis, which did not occur initially but became a problem with the device as I began to add (successively)
more extension/elongation. Basically, the head of my penis was feeling cold i.e., without enough blood flow, so I stopped using the device altogether.
However, I seem to have lost some feeling in the head of the penis that is slow to return/heal even after 4 months or more of discontinued use of the device. I have been using NO/arginine, saw palmetto and yohimbine supplements as I am fond of their benefits for a variety of reasons. I take regular sports nutrition supplements (no HGH or IGF), incl. amino-complex and high protein diet. Time does not seem to be healing my penis. I have no difficulty having or maintaining an erection, an no pain the process, ejaculation does not hurt, everything appears to work fine, but there has been a lasting discoloration of the genital area in/underneath the head and frenum.
The head also has a blue-ish color visible under the frenum and very tip of the head (underside). I think I might have sustained some kind of acute vascular damage in the head and I am wondering what I can do to help healing occur more vigorously. Any help/insight would be sincerely appreciated. Dr. Lin: 2/16/2006>Penile erectile tissues form a lot of tiny blood balloons to be filled by the rushing arterial blood flow that also seal and corrupt the returned vein
valves. The blood is injected into the tiny blood balloon cells when the penile arteries are dilated by the erectile mechanisms via the parasympathetic nervous dilator cGMP, sympathetic nervous beta receptors and prostaglandin E-1 receptors. If you damaged your erectile nerves or blood vessels, your should experience weak erection if not impotence yet.
If you damaged the tiny blood balloon cells, you should have dents or discoloring
spots. The damaged balloon cells won't get healed, although some hardened erectile
tissues can be softened by a high volume of prostaglandin E-1 and Nitric Oxide (cCMP), and the dicolored spots won't go away.
