I did my right shoulder first because it had been

You need about 5 treatments, and it requires about 60 minutes for each treatment.
Repeat the treatment after 6-7 days.

slowly Sliding the cup is more effective, but sometimes or somewhere you have to let the suction stay for 3-5 minutes.
