Hi Dr Lin,

I am a 45-year old male. While in my early-twenties, I dated the most beautiful woman in the world… which led to me having sex four times a day (without exception) for a period of 3-years. As a result of my over-indulgence, my health has never been the same.

For example, to this day, I have (1) extreme chronic fatigue that can not be relieved with any amount of rest or sleep; (2) constant dull pain in the area of my kidneys (although ultrasound shows no kidney stones) unless someone touches me there—at which time I experience sharp pain; (3) a loud ringing sound in both my ears that occurs night and day; (4) persistent pain and pulling sensation in my left testicle on a 24/7 basis (due to varicocele); (5) poor digestion that makes it difficult to assimilate vitamins, minerals and other supplements even in liquid form; (6) inability to exercise as it gives me severe headaches; and, finally, (7) no short-term memory.
