Dear Doctor.. I am 19 years old and I am experiencing what I think is a severe case of premature ejaculation. I was very consistant with my masturbation from 3-5 times a day from about age 14 till about 6 months ago. I always achieve a rock hard erection and very easily at the least. I feel like sex is always on my mind and i have the urge to ejaculate whenever I am with my girlfriend even when we are just laying watching a movie I sometimes get a rock hard erection. I have read things online about a oversensitive penis but I do not know what to do about it.I have had many sexual encounters but I always come very fast.. almost 2-3 minutes after penetration. Also I find this weird that after I ejaculate I am usually ready to go again very soon and can achieve an erection very easily but even if go for another round I again come very quickly in about 2-3 minutes. This is becoming a very big problem with my g/f becuase it takes her very long to an achieve an orgasm and when i only last 2 minutes it seems like i cannot please her.
