Dear Dr. Lin,
Sex with my partner would be great if I didn't have to fake an orgasm. I thoroughly enjoy sex but I can't seem to orgasm. I have great vaginal muscle tone and no problems with dryness. I don't use drugs either. I get to the point where I feel the urge to come, but I can't. Please help me to understand this. I have had orgasms, but only while on top of my partner.
