Post-orgasm headaches and PSA elevation are related to excessive prostaglandin E-2 release

Dr. Lin,
After having sex and right before going to sleep( usually late at night), I would have to take an exxedrin to prevent a headache on the following morning.
I have had two episodes of prostate infections since last year and both times the doctor put me on ome month of antibiotics. My PSA used to be anywhere from 1.6 to 2.3 up to 2003 and with the first episode it had gone up to 9.5-10 and so the doctor did the biopsy and all was normal and ok. With the second episode, the PSA went up to 18.75 and he wanted to do biopsy again. However he asked me to come back after a two week period and he will take my blood again and run the PSA test one more time and if the number is still high, then I shall do the biopsy. I know these are two different matters, but I thought they could be related somehow and would appreciate any input and what I can do and where I would be able to purchase the products.
