Dr. Lin, About two years ago during an over-masturbation binge, I held off ejaculating a bit too long and it felt like something 'broke' or 'popped' in the base of my penis. I lost my erection and ever since have had problems maintaining an erection. In the past during foreplay with my wife, I could get and maintain a strong erection for 15+ minutes before intercourse and would have strong ejaculations. Now I can only get a weak erection for about 2 minutes and then it feels like all the blood rushes in the wrong direction. I go extremely limp and if I can get the erection back, it's very weak.
