Dear Dr Lin

I emailed you last year (case 14001)and after returning from travelling overseas over the Christmas holidays, I started your recommended treatment (a relative ordered it while I was away) of 5 HTP (3), Dopa Fibra (1) and Moodmax (1) per day together with Fish and Evening Primrose Oil every meal, L Arginine and Acetyl L-Carnitine every day. I have been on your treatment for nine weeks now. I don't have much in the way of tinnitus or light sensitivity problems any more, but I still have a fuzzy/dizzy feeling at the top of my head that is basically with me for the whole day. Also my memory is still a little lacking sometimes. How long do you think it will be before the dizziness/fuzzy feeling starts to go away?

Also, I find that even though I have not had sex or masturbated once in the last few months, since your treatment I still tend to have an involuntary 'wet dream' every 4 to 9 days (average about 6-7 days). Since all these problames stem back to sexual exhaustion, why does the human body keep releasing sperm of its own accord?

Finally is there anything else that I can do to hasten the getting rid of the dizziness. Would a small dose of asprin help when it is particluarly annoying? I have rid that aspirin inhibits prostaglandin production so I thought that I should consult you before I try it (panadol doesn't work). I also know aspirinm thins the blood and in high doses can cause internal bleeding etc, but I am talking about one tablet now and again.

It will take 6-12 months to fully rejuvenate the severely damaged brain and nervous function.

The significant reduction of tinnitus and visual disorders indicates the progress of the nervous rejuvenation. You will get better and better with your memory/dizziness/fuzzy feeling, but please add Lecithin 7 grams twice a day to work with the existing program.

The normal wet dream occurs when your seminal vesicles are overfilled with semen.
At your age of 23, it is normal to have wet dream once every 4-7 days if you don't masturbate to ejaculate and if you are not stimulated by pornography. The main problem is the timing of the wet dream and its resulted sleeping interference.
When it happens in 5-6 AM, it is very hard for you to go back to sleep.
That is why you may have to masturbate to ejaculate once every 4-7 days and do it before going to bed.

Aspirin is an COX-2 and minor COX-1 inhibitor. It reduces prostaglandin E-2 production, but also interferes with prostaglandin E-1 and E-3 production. However, at stronger doses (how high?), it can cause gastrointestinal distress (including ulcers and stomach bleeding) and ear ringing ( tinnitus). For mentrating women, it increases bleeding.
If you take a low dose of aspirin, you should take it with a high dose of Fish Oil.
