Chronic drug abuse (pot, LSD, cocaine, and ecstasy) resulted premature ejaculation and eye floaters

I have smoked pot about once a day for the past six years. I have also experimented with LSD (5 times), cocaine (6-7 times), ecstacy (7 times). I have been clean for over a month but still feel as if the drugs are affecting me. I suffer from PE & occasional eye floaters. I have read many articles about the detoxification of the brain & liver. How would you suggest that I cleanse my body and brain? Will my problems with PE continue until I have fully cleansed my body?
