Chronic over-masturbation/over-ejaculation resulted in impotence and constant seminal leakage for no more sexual orgasm

I am a physician. I am seeing a 28 year old male with intermittant inability to maintain an erection during intercourse. He is however able to ejaculate and achive orgasm without erection. He began masterbating as a child (early elementary school). Was sexually active from a very youg age (12) and has been with over thirty sexual partners in life with many long term relationships that were sexually based relationships (long history of excessive activity sexually and masturbation. Does not exhibit any sexually deviant behavior. It is difficult for him to sleep without first masterbating or having sex. Over last five years has begun to leak seminal fluid. This occurs whenever sexually aroused and has become a concern for him. He has also noticed mucus on urination.........this has been cultured and is not infectious, but rather seems to be seminal fluid. The problem with erection normally occurs with a new partner and gets better the more comfortable he becomes with !
his partner. The leaking of seminal fluid does not change. Any suggestions you have as to idiology and treatment would be appreciated.
