If premature ejaculation is caused by excessive hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular function (excessive oxytocin, testosterone and DHT, but a very low prolactin level), frequent sex can bring the oxytocin, testosterone and DHT down and the prolactin level up for prolonging sex.
