hi dr lin
i took some lovelonger for two months and it really helped me to last longer during sex. ive ordered some more, but i was wondering what should i use if i want to make my penis a bit bigger? i think my girlfriend would prefer it if it was a bit bigger, but we don't have sex often enough to practice anal breathing and cause it to grow naturally (we have a long distance relationship). also, even though lovelonger has helped a lot, i still sometimes find myself too aroused to control ejeculation even with anal breathing, do you know why this could be?

Since you have a long-distance relationship, you will lose your ejaculation control when your seminal vesicles are full of old semen which contains a high level of prostaglandin E-2 for pelvic and prostate tension, leading to premature ejaculation.
Exercises, switching your attention to other activities, having more seeds and nuts, taking fish oil, increasing your intake of vegetables, and cutting down your beef and dairy products can reduce the pelvic and prostate tension.
Once your prostate and seminal vesicles produce too much prostaglandin E-2 or you experience excessive seminal pressure against your seminal vesicles and prostate, there is no way to use the anal breathing to control your ejaculation.
This means that excessive prostaglandin E-2 or the internal semen pressure can
over-stimulate your ejaculation/orgasm nerves from L1 and L2 to the prostate and
bulbourethral glands.
When you experiences tension stress in the prostate and pelvis, go excessive to sweat out your stress hormones. You should drink a lot of water and avoid caffeine drinks.
