Iam afraid that the blood vessles on the tip of my penis have burst. Iam not sure though. about a 2 years ago I did an excersise to incerease the blood flow to make it bigger by holding it in before I ejaculate. My penis would get substantaly biger . I did this for about a month and again i cant remember how long and during the process i noticed red spots or i guess bursted blood vessels around the whole helmet part of my penis. Its been a 2 years and these spots are still around my penis and every time i masterbate it seems to get worse. since the change i have noticed that my erections arnt as full and my sex drive is not nearly as strong as it used to be. THe red spots or vessles seem to appear more and worse once the penis is erected. IAm reall scared that i might have permanetly damaged it for good.. Please help...
