I have had pain at the tip of my penis whilst urinating. This is due to inflammation induced by chronic over-masturbation.
The chronic abrasion of your urethra by your poor-quality semen with excessive prostaglandin E-2 has started to induce COX-2 over-expression in the urethral tissues for more prostaglandin E-2 production locally.
