Ok Ive been taking via-pal-hgh-j and penisos+5htp for a few weeks now and my symptoms of kidney and testicle pain are getting better. Also my urine is getting more clear, and has less oily bubbles in it. I guess my prostate is still enlarged since I am still having some semen in my urine but I do not really have any problems urinating only a burning sensation after nocturnal emissions because I guess the semen stays in my urethera if I dont wake up and notice it. I have never had a semen emission during the day that was involuntary like daytime emissions or anything only at night like once every 1-2 weeks. So is the reason i am peeing semen that my prostate is enlarged or the nerve is weak or could it be that my kidneys are weak, because i know they are because I have phosphaturia. I got it from a high protein diet. I think my kidney yang is low still even though it is improving.

Semen or precum leakage to the urine is due to the inflammation (or swelling) of the prostate ejaculation duct or bulborethral glands.
The inflammation or swelling in the prostate and bulbourethral glands is supposed to be
