Hi,
I am a 29 year old male. I have only had sex with my wife for the last 2 years. In addition I have been masturbating regularly for the last 10 years or so, about 5 times a week.
I first noticed my problem two weeks ago when after masturbating I felt extreme pain during ejaculation. Ther was pain in my testicles for a few hours which went away with pain killers.
Four days later there wasn't any pain during ejaculation but there was blood.
Over the next few days I developed the following symptoms:
- Urination at high frequency with weak stream and the feeling that I wan't emptying my bladder completely
- Pain in the testicles and in the region behind
- Sometimes the pain would be at the back of my lower thigh (left side)

I saw a doctor who diagnosed my condition as Prostatitis and prescribed antibiotics (Doxycycl!ne)
He also adivised achieving orgasm 2-3 times a week but the one time I tried it there was still pain (thought less than the first time) and there was still blood with very little volume of ejaculate.There was also some transparent liquid.
The antibiotics dont seem to be improving my condition. Please advise me some medication and also let me know if I can take my antibiotics along with that.
