Hi, i am only 14 but when i masturbate after ejaculation i get a acheing pain its hard to decribe but i know it obviously cannot be a STD because i havnt had sex, i cannot continue after until my erection goes then it seems fine. Also when i was about 11 i developed some small lumps at the tip of my penis, i do not know if theese are realated.
Is this normal for people my age? what should i do?
