Case Study: Pot killed his brain and nervous function for testicular and

Since about 14 ive probably been masturbating 4days per week on average, sometimes more sometimes less, with breaks as well for 1 or more weeks. Only recently ive started smoking pot occasionally and about a week ago i started getting pains in my testicles and lower abdomen and i looked this up and found they were sypmtoms of overmasturbation. This worried me alot so i quit for 6days and i felt better by the 6th day so i decided to see if i was better. My semen was quite yellow and watery and now the day after i seem to have no desire and my erections wont last and are really weak, this is really worrying as im only 17. Im concerned is this permanent or is it going to recover? I have been taking 5htp and vitamins with zinc for the last 6 days, as i read that they help recovery. The most important question on my mind though is that am i going to be able to recover or is this going to with me foever? If so what is the recovery time ? Also if i continue smoking pot
and not masturbating what will the effects be? thanks so much if you can help me
